AI Lead Scoring

Every business gets an AI-generated lead score from 0 to 100. Higher scores mean a better opportunity to pitch your services.

What the AI considers:

  • No website — businesses without any website get a significant score boost.
  • Poor website quality — sites with no SSL, slow load times, or no mobile responsiveness are flagged.
  • High Google rating — well-reviewed businesses have proven demand but may lack online infrastructure.
  • High review count — popular businesses with many reviews are likely worth more as clients.
  • Business category — certain industries (restaurants, medical, legal) tend to invest more in web presence.
  • Competition density — areas with fewer competitors in the same niche get a boost.
80–100 — Hot Lead (highest priority)
60–79 — Warm Lead (worth reaching out)
40–59 — Cool Lead (may need nurturing)
0–39 — Low Priority

Custom Lead Lists

Organize your leads into custom lists for better management. Group by project, location, priority, or any criteria that works for you.

Working with Lists:

  1. Create a list — give it a name and optional description (e.g., "Miami Restaurants Q1").
  2. Add leads — from search results, click "Add to List" or use bulk-add to move multiple leads at once.
  3. Manage leads — view list contents, remove leads, or move them between lists.
  4. Use as outreach source — lists can be used as the source for email campaigns and drip sequences.
  5. Export — export any list as CSV, Excel (XLSX), or PDF.

CRM Pipeline

A visual Kanban-style board to track every lead from first contact to closed deal. Leads automatically enter the pipeline when you reach out to them.

Pipeline stages:

New
Lead discovered, no contact yet.
Contacted
First email or call sent.
Interested
Lead showed interest or replied.
Proposal Sent
You sent a formal proposal.
Won
Deal closed, client acquired!
Lost
Lead declined or went cold.
Pro Tip: Drag and drop leads between columns to update their stage instantly. The pipeline also tracks when leads were first contacted and last updated.

Email Outreach

Send personalized cold emails directly from BizSweep using your own SMTP. Track opens, manage campaigns, and automate follow-ups.

Sending emails:

  1. Go to Outreach → Compose from the sidebar.
  2. Select your source — choose a saved search or a lead list.
  3. Write or select a template — use a saved email template, or let AI generate a personalized email.
  4. Preview & Send — preview the email for each lead, then send individually or in bulk.
  5. Track results — see open rates, delivery status, and engagement on the Outreach page.

AI Email Generation:

When composing, toggle "Use AI" to have BizSweep generate a custom email for each lead. The AI considers:

  • Business name, type, and location
  • Whether they have a website and its quality
  • Their Google rating and review count
  • Your sender profile and company name

Email open tracking:

Every email includes an invisible tracking pixel. When a recipient opens your email, BizSweep records the open and notifies you. You can see open rates on the outreach dashboard.

Drip Sequences

Automate your follow-up emails with multi-step drip sequences. Set it once, and BizSweep sends the right email at the right time.

Creating a sequence:

  1. Go to Outreach → Sequences and click "Create Sequence".
  2. Name your sequence and select the source (a search result or lead list).
  3. Add steps — each step has a subject, body template, and delay (days between emails). You can also enable AI generation per step.
  4. Activate — once your steps are configured, activate the sequence. BizSweep's cron job will automatically send emails based on your schedule.
  5. Monitor — track how many emails were sent, opens, and replies from the sequences dashboard.

How sequences work:

  • Emails are sent automatically every 5–15 minutes when leads are due.
  • If a lead replies, the sequence auto-stops for that lead.
  • Each email costs 1 credit from your account.
  • Daily send limits from your SMTP settings are respected.
  • Sequences pause automatically if you run out of credits.

AI Proposal Generator

Generate professional, personalized sales proposals in seconds. Each proposal is tailored to the specific business using their data from Google Maps.

Generating a proposal:

  1. From search results, click the "Generate Proposal" button on any lead.
  2. AI analyzes the business — their industry, location, rating, competition, and online presence.
  3. Review the proposal — a full multi-section sales document is generated with personalized talking points.
  4. Export as PDF or attach to an outreach email.

Bulk proposal generation:

Select multiple leads and generate proposals for all of them at once. Great for preparing a batch of pitches before a cold outreach campaign.

Email Templates

Create reusable email templates with dynamic variables. Save time by templating your best-performing emails.

Available template variables:

{business_name} — Lead's business name
{city} — Lead's city
{state} — Lead's state
{phone} — Lead's phone number
{website} — Lead's website URL
{your_name} — Your full name
{your_company} — Your company name
Pro Tip: Templates are shared within your team. Your team members can use your templates when composing outreach emails, saving everyone time.

Export your search results or lead lists in multiple formats for offline use, sharing with clients, or importing into other tools.

Export formats:

CSV
Comma-separated file. Import into Google Sheets, Excel, or any CRM.
EXCEL
Styled XLSX with color-coded lead scores, auto-filters, and formatted headers.
PDF
Professional report layout ready to print or share as a document.

All exports are processed in the background. You'll receive a notification when your export is ready to download.

Setup

SMTP Email Settings

To send outreach emails, you need to connect your own SMTP server. This ensures emails come from your domain and build your sender reputation.

Setting up SMTP:

  1. Go to Settings → Email from the sidebar.
  2. Enter your SMTP details — host, port, encryption (TLS/SSL), username, and password.
  3. Set "From" details — your sender name and email address.
  4. Set daily send limit — to protect your sender reputation (recommended: 50–100/day for new domains).
  5. Add an email signature — optional HTML signature with logo upload support.
  6. Send a test email — verify everything works before sending to leads.

Team Management

Invite team members to collaborate on lead generation and outreach. Set role-based permissions to control what each member can access.

Team setup:

  1. Create a team — go to the Team page and set up your team with a name.
  2. Invite members — send email invitations. Members register with the invite link.
  3. Assign roles — create custom roles with specific permissions (search, outreach, export, pipeline, etc.).
  4. Collaborate — team members use the owner's credits and data, with full attribution tracking.

How team permissions work:

  • Team members operate under the owner's account — searches, outreach, and credits come from the owner's pool.
  • Each action is attributed to the team member who performed it.
  • Members use their own SMTP settings for sending emails.
  • The owner can see all team activity and manage resources.
  • Members can be removed or deactivated at any time, and reactivated later if needed.

Billing & Credits

BizSweep uses a credit-based system. Each action (search, email, AI generation) costs credits. Plans include monthly credits, and you can buy more anytime.

Credit costs:

Search — 1 credit per search
Email send — 1 credit per email
AI proposal — 2 credits per proposal
AI email gen — 1 credit per generation

Managing your plan:

  • Upgrade/downgrade — switch plans anytime from the Billing page.
  • Buy credit packs — purchase additional credits if you need more than your plan includes.
  • View invoices — download PDF invoices for all payments.
  • Cancel — cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of your billing period.
